The Holland Festival is the oldest and largest international performing arts festival in the Netherlands. Hosted by Amsterdam throughout the month of June, it features dance, music, opera, theatre and film. This festival magazine provides information on the events and artists billed for the 1995 edition, which revolved around the theme ‘Art and Resistance’. It was issued as a special supplement to the weekly Vrij Nederland.
