Held in Amsterdam every year in June, the Holland Festival is the oldest and largest international performing arts festival in the Netherlands. The festival magazine provides information on the programmed events, which in 1992 spotlighted the Dutch choreographer Hans van Manen, Russian and Baltic music and the Italian composer Luigi Nono. The magazine appeared as a supplement to the weekly Vrij Nederland.
