The Holland Festival is the oldest and largest international performing arts festival in the Netherlands. It is held in Amsterdam throughout the month of June and features dance, music, opera, theatre and film. The festival magazine provides information on the programmed events, which in 1993 spotlighted four international artists and the medium film. The magazine was published as a supplement to the weekly Vrij Nederland.
